The One where It Happened Again
Tonight, the little lady and I were on our usual evening stroll, and we passed a GINORMOUS house on a teeny-tiny lot for sale. The For Sale sign had one of those plastic boxes that hold fliers attached to it, and in big red letters were the words, FREE BROCHURES. Of course they're free! Is someone really going to purchase a piece of paper that says that they can buy a ridiculously large house for $850,000?!?!? What would you even charge for that?

Plumbers and air conditioning repaiemen often charge a "service fee" just to come out and tell you how much you will be paying them to actually fix the problem. It's true!
